Set the expected life for each oil and filter β by mileage, by time, or both. Whichever comes first is shown as the due point on each car. Editing one updates every car that uses it.
How many you have on hand. Type a count for each item β Out at 0, Low at 1β2, otherwise In stock. Crush washers are managed here; add or remove them like oils and filters.
Record an oil change and pick exactly which oil, filter and crush washer you used this time. What you use is subtracted from your inventory automatically β quarts off the oil, one off the filter and washer. Deleting an entry puts it back.
